Why Mango Wood?

Mango chopping boards provide strength and durability like no other due to Mango wood being less susceptible to water penetration than many other hardwoods. Often used for furniture and wooden chopping boards. Mango wood has a real depth and charm to its characteristics, providing an excellent finished to our handmade wooden products.

How To Best Maintain Your Mini Mango Chopping Board

Wash your wooden chopping board in warm soapy water. Rinse your Mango chopping board and dry it with a soft cloth.

Fill a large bowl with hot water. Place a bottle of mineral oil into the bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes or until the bottle feels warm to the touch.

Apply a generous amount of the warmed mineral oil onto a soft cloth. Wipe the mineral oil across the entire surface of your wooden chopping board.

Let the mineral oil soak into the chopping board for approximately six hours. Remove any excess oil with a soft cloth after the board has finished soaking.
